Art Therapy Circles

Art Therapy Circles are safe, creative spaces where people come together to explore healing through art, storytelling, and gentle reflection. Guided by Susan Day’s trauma‑informed approach, each circle offers connection, self‑expression, and empowerment—helping participants discover new ways to process emotions, build resilience, and nurture their inner wisdom on the journey toward wellbeing.
Through guided activities, workshops, and shared experiences, you’ll discover how creativity can ease anxiety, spark joy, and build resilience. You’ll be surrounded by people who understand the importance of voice, connection, and empowerment — people who, like you, are ready to embrace their stories and celebrate their strengths.
Together, we’ll share legacy projects, and design healing activities filled with affirmations and art prompts. Each week, will bring new themes, and activities that encourage reflection, growth, and sisterhood.
This club is not just about art — it’s about belonging. It’s about finding a supportive circle where you can express yourself freely, learn new ways to care for your wellbeing, and feel seen and valued.
By joining, you’re stepping into a vibrant community that celebrates creativity, nurtures healing, and empowers every woman to discover her voice.
