Creative art classes use the process of art making to help individuals express themselves. This can lead to personal insights and healing, an exploration of emotions, stress relief and more.
These sessions are designed to use art as a method of exploration and discovery of personal experiences and emotional expression. The dynamics of the group play a part in the healing process for the individual through shared experiences and group support.
Creative art classes allow participants to use art activities as their ‘voice’ in sharing their experiences, thoughts and ideas.
