Online Sessions

You will need reliable internet connection, a web cam and art materials (a list will be sent to you prior to your first session).

Each session runs for approximately 50 minutes. You will learn how to practice mindful deep breathing exercises and create at least one piece of art during each session.

Also, there may be other tasks required of you in between sessions too – this allows for greater affect.
