User Data Deletion Instructions:

This document serves as a guide for users who wish to delete the data we collect in our systems, in accordance to the app’s Data Safety section in Google Play store, and pursuant to our Privacy Notice. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to providing you with control over your personal information.

Delete My Data

To exercise your right of deletion, please follow these instructions:

1. Send an email from the account you used to create your account to: arttherapyapp@mindfulartstherapy.com.au
2. In the subject heading type: “Delete My Data.”

The data stated in the Data Safety section of your app are handled and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. However, in certain cases we retain your personal data for as long as necessary to comply with any legal or contractual obligations, to exercise our legal rights and generally to pursue our legitimate interests.

Please note that the Google Play Games Services is governed by Google’s own privacy policies, terms and end-user agreements and we are not responsible for and have no control over the sharing practices or policies of Google. Further, when you disable the back-up feature, certain information might remain on your device(s) or Google’s network.
